First Sunday Healing Service
Feb 3, Mar. 2, 9:30-10 am with Frannie Hall Kieschnick:
A 1/2 hour service of healing for ourselves, our loved ones and for the world with the ancient rite of the laying of hands in the Chapel. Come, lend your voice to our prayers.

Pancake Supper - 6pm
Feb 5th 6PM in Trinity Hall
The Shrove Tuesday Pancake Dinner is a family-friendly way to celebrate before the arrival of Lent on Ash Wednesday. The men of Trinity will be doing the cooking this evening, and everyone is encouraged to eat up and enjoy the fun. Father Mike has promised to introduce us to the English tradition of "pancake races."

On Wednesdays at Noon Fr. Fred leads healing prayer in the chapel for all in our community who are facing illness or other difficulty. Please join us as we lay our concerns and cares before God. The service last approximately 1/2 hour. All are welcome.
Alanon for Parents
Labyrinth Walk - 7pm
7pm - Make the Labyrinth a part of your Lenten prayer and meditation. Come early to the Ash Wednesday evening service and participate in a guided labyrinth walk in the Trinity Chapel.

MDG Intergenerational Forums - 9:30
There will be two MDG Intergenerational Forums at 9:30 in Trinity Hall, on February 10 and March 2. We will explore selected concepts of the MDGs in interactive, concrete ways that will be relevant to a child’s and parents’ perspective.
LENTEN OUTREACH INTERGENERATIONAL FORUMS at 9:30, February 17 and March 9
On these Sunday mornings we’ll gather together as families in Trinity Hall and do hands-on work putting together donations for selected outreach projects in our own backyard.

offers us pilgrims. The Lenten Labyrinth is available Wednesday from
6-7:00PM in the Trinity Chapel for a walking meditation.

Hands-On Local Outreach Project - 9:30am
On these Sunday mornings we’ll gather together as families in Trinity Hall and do hands-on work putting together donations for selected outreach projects in our own backyard.
If you’re interested in helping with any of these projects, please send Beth Foote an e-mail at beth@trinitymenlopark.org or call at 510-205-9843. Together, we can make Lent an enriching time of learning at Trinity.
