|Outreach Ministries at Trinity Church
The Outreach Commission invites you to join us as we work together to serve individuals and organizations that provide for those in need. There are many ways to be involved.
As servants of Jesus, we seek to create shared opportunities throughout Trinity Church: for ministry to the hungry, the homeless, and the disadvantaged. The Outreach Commission serves as a catalyst to turn intent into action, to rally parishioners’ time and direct talent and resources, and to reflect godliness in all that we do, both locally and globally.
Are you a member of Trinity Parish? Looking for a way to be more involved in supporting individuals and organizations in need? Join us on Outreach! We meet the second Tuesday of every month at 7:00 pm in the Trinity Library. All are welcome as we work together to support local, national, and international organizations who are making a difference.
Every six weeks Trinity Parish is responsible for preparing and serving food to approximately 75 homeless men and women from the local community. If you are wanting to help, but are limited in time, this is the perfect opportunity. Breaking Bread takes place on the Trinity Campus and volunteers are needed from approximately 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm. The food is provided. All you need to do is some simple prep and serving.
For details about Breaking Bread, please contact John Crevelt at email, phone.
The next Breaking Bread is scheduled for DATE.

Home & Hope
Trinity Parish has been committed to serving those individuals who are displaced due to unforseen circumstances. We have a wonderful partnership with Home & Hope, an organization that provides a wide array of services to families in transition.
The Outreach Commission is able to grant funds to over a dozen organizations annually as a result of the annual fundraiser. This is a great volunteer opportunity if you enjoy organizing events. We are always looking for volunteers to help develop a theme, advise on food/drink, arrange entertainment, decorate and more. This is the biggest fundraiser for Trinity and greatly benefits from your support. Come volunteer and be a part of this festive event.
For details, contact Cristina Valdes Smith at email@example.com or 650-326-4957.
Every few months, there is an opportunity to prepare a meal and spend time with families who are working to support themselves. This is a wonderful opportunity to share faith and praise to those who are working hard to re-establish themselves into stable living arrangements. A few volunteers are also needed to spend the night with the families. Training is provided for all volunteers.

Alternative Gift Market
This wonderful fair has become an annual Christmas tradition for Trinity and the volunteer opportunities are endless. We are always looking for volunteers with a creative touch to sell items that benefit a favorite organization. In past years, volunteers have made ceramic ornaments, painted socks, decorated giving trees, coordinated bake sales. Proceeds from these activities are directed to the non-profit of your choice.
Volunteers are also needed during the fair to help with set-up, clean-up, cashiering and more.
